HR Assistant
Key Responsibilities
I work in the People Operations department as an HR Assistant. When I first joined I was responsible for company recruitment but as the department has grown I am now involved in everything to do with our employees on a day to day basis.
How long have you worked for 3 Way
I have worked for 3Way for 2 years. We have a great working life here and also enjoy some wonderful social events.
Outside of work
Outside of work I like spending time with my family and socialising with friends. Since lockdown I have become a lot more interested in cooking from scratch and creating nice food. This was due to necessity as opposed to choice, however everyone is enjoying this new found talent.
