Key Responsibilities
I’m responsible for assisting with the company’s development and strategic growth, be that via new business and additional works, nurturing existing client relationships, or simply by looking at the way we go about our business. Generally the role is to assist and support our owners Lucy and Anthony in taking the business to the next level.
How long have you worked for 3 Way
Not long….I’m the new boy on the block, I joined early in 2023 and have genuinely been welcomed by a great bunch of people.
Outside of work
Outside of work I keep pretty active….I run at least weekly with a group and am waiting on the 2024 Marathon ballot to see if I’ve a place. I ski (badly) and will carry on doing so as long as the knees can take it, I’ve a decent collection of vinyl ranging from Seventies classics, Jazz inherited from my Dad, the Sex Pistols, to Gregory Porter, Ed Sheerhan and Adele. Spend a lot of time with the family and have two grown up daughters who’ve flown the nest…..oh, and I’m going to be a Grandad for the first time later this year.
