Pressure Washing

Fire Extinguishers
Not only will we undertake your monthly mandatory fire extinguisher checks and your annual servicing, but we will also manage your five yearly extended service requirements by replacing the extinguishers on a service exchange basis. We will also ensure that all your inspection documentation is completed, and advise on new requirements as they come along based on your changed circumstances, all within a fixed annual fee. We can provide ad hoc painting and decorator facilities in the event of office moves or restructures, or alternatively develop a scheduled continuous decorating service to fit around your specific requirements. We use master craftsmen who are inspired to provide a top quality service in a timeframe that suits you.

Health and Safety
The 3Way service is complete from end to end across Health and Safety. Where we are providing cleaning for you we will deliver the method statements and risk assessments to which we will adhere, but in addition we can provide health and safety support on a consultancy basis for your own staff or other subcontractors as necessary. Certified to OHSAS 18001, we can provide audit services to ensure that your subcontractors are adhering to the standards you require.
Electrical and Gas Compliance Testing
Each year there are approximately 1250 reported accidents in the workplace as a result of faulty electrical equipment. Around 3% of these incidents prove to be fatal. Similarly gas boiler installations are subject not only to risk of explosion if not maintained and inspected regularly, but also the insidious risk of CO poisoning, especially in confined spaces.
3Way can provide PAT Testing and Gas safety tests and certification , giving peace of mind that your electrical and gas installations are compliant with the necessary regulations, thereby reducing your liability in the event of an incident.

The person who cleans our kitchen, does an amazing job, I am not sure if she does our office and the toilets but they are also well kept.
